This Return Policy outlines how Plusgreen (also “+Green”, “www.plus-green.com”, “www.store.plus-green.com”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through our Services. By placing an order or interacting with our platforms, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

 

Plusgreen operates a global e-commerce business that includes, but is not limited to, international dropshipping. This policy applies to all customers who make purchases through our Services, regardless of their location, and is designed to ensure a transparent and fair process for handling returns and related concerns.


1. Free Replacement for Damaged Items

 We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a free replacement at no additional cost to you.

To qualify for a free replacement:

 

·         You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

·         You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, including packaging if applicable.

·         The damage must not be due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications.

 

Once verified, we will process and ship your replacement promptly, free of charge.


2. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

·         Timeframe: Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

·         Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

·         Proof: A photo or video of the item may be required to process your request.

3. Non-Refundable Items


We do not offer refunds for:

 

·         Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

·         Digital products or downloadable content

·         Clearance or final sale items

·         Shipping fees (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

·         Items returned to us or our supplier partners because the client did not collect them, where proof of delivery is provided by the shipping company

·         Items sent to an incorrect address due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the client


4. Refund Process

·         Full Refund: Issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (including shipping).

·         Partial Refund: If the item is returned for reasons other than our error, we may deduct:


o    Original shipping costs

o    Return shipping (if not prepaid)

o    Payment processing fees (if applicable)

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.


5. International Orders


  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Important Notes

    • We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization (must be obtained from us via email).
    • Refunds may be denied if the return does not meet our policy conditions.
    • Clients are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    • In general, clients should expect to receive between 70% to 90% of the amount paid as a refund. This is due to various international transaction-related costs such as import duties, bank transaction fees, and other processing charges .
    • Exceptions to this refund range apply in cases where the product is defective due to an error on our part or that of our supplier partners—in such cases, a full refund may be issued.

7. Changes to this Return Policy


We may update this Return Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Return Policy on the Site, update the "Last updated" date and take any other steps required by applicable law.


8. How to Request a Return

  2. Include photos or videos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  3. We’ll provide return instructions or offer a refund if return is not required.
